Opacity mask made from live text

We receive one design from our customer, there is one element in AI file (see attachment)

become different when copy to another blank AI file or view this file in other tools, the appearance for the box changed.

As I look into the element, there is opacity mask made from live text, but when we create outline, this live text is not able to be detected.

So that, there is no error info when we work on this file, but the appearance change, and we are not able to detect it, which will be a big risk have error.

So, I would suggested, live text being used as opacity mask should be outline automatically when clipping mask made.
