Auto caption stuck at 17%

I’m having an issue with the Auto Caption feature. When I upload a video and start generating captions, the process gets stuck at “Analyzing” at 17% and doesn’t progress any further, even after waiting for a long time.

I’ve tried restarting the app and retrying, but the issue still occurs. Please look into this and let me know how I can fix it.

I have the same issue:

Actual result: Caption generation consistently stops at exactly 17%. It does not progress further and no error message is displayed.

Additional information:

The issue occurs with multiple different video files.
It also occurs in a Chrome Incognito window.
The process stops at exactly 17% every time (step: analyzing video).
Restarting the caption generation does not resolve the issue.
It also occurs in other browsers (edge) and on other computers.

Same here, i tried a lot and they were saying that it will be okay soon and try a bit later. If you could upvote my question, it might move to the top and hopefully help get this problem resolved ASAP.

same here its not exceeding any more stuck at 17% only i have left it for one hour and its showing same
