I couldn't download my recent edit in any format

Hi @Vivacious_Gemstoneedc7! Since you’re able to download your other projects but this particular poster gets stuck around 90%, the issue may be specific to the project or one of its assets. The most recent addition could be a cause of this issue.

As a first step, try duplicating the project and downloading the copy. You can also try downloading it in a different format or through another browser/Incognito window.

If it still gets stuck, please share your device, OS, browser/app version, export format, and a short screen recording of the download process.

This will help us investigate further. Do share your obervations!

Best!
