P: Synonyms do not sync and non Exportable Keywords lose their non export status when exported from Lightroom

In Lightroom Classic v15.4 and Lightroom v9.4 synonyms from Classic are not present in the Adobe Cloud.  I use synonyms to pair up common names with their scientific name. 

1. My master catalog has a lot of non exportable keywords These are synced without distinction and when exported from Lightroom(M/D/W) contain those keywords not to be exported as defined in Classic.
   There are two possible solutions.  In Classic add an option  on Create Keyword Tag dialog “Do Not include on sync.”

   

2. The other option would be to honor the Include on Export setting for Classic for Lightroom exports. 
   
   The other issue concerns synonyms.  Synonyms are not included in the keyword sync process.  They should be included and recognized by both Classic and Lightroom. Either honor synonyms in Lightroom or promote any synonyms found in classic to be regular keywords.
