When will the preset feature be fully functional?

I want to be able to create, delete, move, and rename preset folders myself. It’s already 2026, and you still haven’t added this feature. I want to be able to move the preset folders; please make that possible. It’s already 2026, and you haven’t updated anything in this panel for 10 years.
