Hi I was trying to access video in hot star application but every time the message state install adobe flash player, once I pressed the installation it state you already have flash player installed with Windows 10 under Microsoft edge. I did applied all the settings which I can but still not able to see videos in hot star application. in case any one guide that is helpful.

Hi AllI'm in school environment50 PC,s trying to connect at the same time in the morning for morning announcements using rtmp.  After the 25 or 30 connections have made it takes very long time to connect to the page.Its like appache server 2.4 gets chocked after it passes 30 connections at the same time.How can I fix this, please help.Thank YouArber

I recently upgraded my flash player to 13, but I had trouble playing youtube videos or any kind of mp3. So I uninstalled the flash player restarted my mac then installed the flash player 12 then I went on youtube again to see if the videos worked but I got the problem it would say "The Adobe Flash Player is required for video playback Get the latest flash player". So I did I installed the upgrade once it finished downloading I restarted my computer, went on youtube to test it out, but I still had the same problem it won't play the videos. PLEASE HELP ME!!!. Plus the strange thing is that when I login as a guest on my mac & go on youtube it would play those videos even on hulu, Crackle ETC. please help me.

I keep getting a popup that looks like a legitimate Adobe posting advising that my Flash Player is outdated. I have refused to proceed and update, because the https: signature does not have "Adobe" in it, but rather "poojogaspadine.net" -- I've searched that address and it is not found. I've been hit with a Trojan horse in the past by doing an "update" that was not from a legitimate site. Does anyone get this message also, and should I update or not?

I have a pc and Firefox flash player will not work. I have made sure I have the latest version and have unistalled and reinstalled, I have tried turning off protected mode as well. It works fine in Chrome. The settings manager with all the setting panels won't even load on the Macromedia help site.

So I recently downloaded the newest version of Adobe flash player a couple weeks ago. Today, I upgraded to OS X El Capitan on my mac book, went to go watch Netflix, and it is not working at all. Youtube videos work fine, it is just Netflix and anytime I try to watch full episodes on a tv program's website. I have gone to system preferences and clicked allow under flash player, but that did not work. I uninstalled the newest adobe flash player but that still does not work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is it possible to use the LoadOnStartup command in the application.xml file for a specific application and specify an instance name to start up instead of the _default_ instance? Cheers, K.

We did an inplace upgrade from media server 5.0.1 to 5.0.11.  After the update, we can stream media from machines on our local network, but we can't stream media from machine on remote networks. (i.e. any computer on the same network as the media server is able to stream,  but move that computer to a remote network and it no longer can stream)It's not a firewall or routing issue as nothing as changed on the network.  and if we revert to the snapshot of the old VM then we have no problem streaming on remote computers again.  As soon as we move to the snapshot of the updated vm, remote streaming stops working (We get an exclamation point).Any idea what's causing this?Been on the phone for over an hour and still haven't been transferred to a live adobe support rep yet.  We spent all this money for support contract and we can't even get through to speak to them.

I want to create variable that share between all instances of application.For example. I want to share number of connections.rtmp://example.com/testApp/instanceA : 2 connectionsrtmp://example.com/testApp/instanceB : 3 connections=> 5 connections.I tried to set property to "application" object in AS./opt/adobe/ams/applications/testApp/testApp.ascapplication.onConnect = function(cli) {  applicaion.counter += 1;  trace(application.counter);}but "application" object is shared by same instance, isn't shared by application.so testApp/instanceA output 2, and testApp/instanceB output 3.# It's just example. I know that Administration API has getServerStats for count connections.Thanks.

I recently installed adobe media server 5. Via flash media live encoder, I'm looking to set up an IP multicast connection. When I open the configuration tool (Adobe\Adobe Media Server 5\tools\multicast\configurator\configurator.html) all I get is a blank screen (see attached screenshot).I added the folder as an exception in the flash player global settings and get the same problem. Other config tools (Adobe\Adobe Media Server 5\tools\f4mconfig\configurator\configurator.html for example) open correctlyAny ideas on how to get the tool working?

I've installed flash media live encoder.   I would like to use it with my Canon XE20 videocamera, and I have a Blackmagic Ultrastudio mini recorder that allows me to use it with my computer.   All other application recognize it, like screenflow, zoom, wirecast, etc.But I can't get Flash media live encoder to see the camera.  It's HDMI in.What can I do?Thanks!Janet

We're using Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise and our security team has instructed us that we must update Flash and Apache on Adobe Media Server 5 Professional to take care of some security vulnerabilities.  I'm wondering about two things:  First, is it necessary to have Flash installed?  We don't do any kind of live encoding/broadcasts.  Everything is vod. If it is necessary, what is the newest version of Flash we can update to if we're using Win Server 2008? Second, we're running Apache 2.4.10 now.  Will updating Apache to the newest version (2.4.23) break anything in AMS 5?
