Hi Beckijacko, Serial numbers are Operating System specific. If you bought the product for Windows then it wont work on Mac or vice-versa. Hi Impersonaler, As per the system requirement article CS5.5 Web Premium is not compatible with Windows 8 and Mac 10.6+ Version. But, you won't find out until you try. Too many things depend on the exact specific of the system configuration. It shouldn't be impossible, but compatibility issues and a lot of head-scratching to get it installed and running should be expected. Hi Sallyinouralley, Did you pause the download or face stability difficulties with your Internet connection? Error 201 indicates that the download of the installation files was unable to be resumed successfully. I would recommend utilizing a different Internet connection. If you are connected via WiFi try a wired connection. If you are connected via a wired connection then please try a different cable. Please refer to below mentioned steps: MAC 1) If you are using the Wi-Fi connection try with wired connection. 2) Delete the OOBE folders from both the location of HD. 3) Run the CC Cleaner to uninstall the creative cloud and if its first time you can skip this step 4) Give Permissions to Adobe Folders and restart the system and download the cc again. Hi Yuki, Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
