Hello, Its been 2 full weeks since I have been able to login to my account that Ive had for a year. All my important work documents and customer agreements are in this program. I have inquired about this most everyday and I get the same canned response: Please be informed this is a know issue now & the concerned team is still working on it. Once the issue is resolved you will be notified over the email. This is no longer acceptable to me , I need an answer as to what the problem is and when someone will actually fix this login issue. In 13 days there has been nothing done and I have lost all confidence that it will ever be fixed. This is ADOBE, how a login issue can't be fixed in 2 weeks is disgusting. Escalate this to someone that can actually get my account in working order.
