Hi, Can anyone think of a reason why Adobe CC would not list apps that would require a 64 bit processor on a Macbook Pro with Retina display that uses an Intel Core i7? I find it difficult to ask Apple Support to support Adobe Creative Cloud.

Hi, Thanks for responding. I use a new Macbook Pro at home. At work we installed the 64 bit Win 7 and Creative Cloud took to it nicely. Why not on the new Macbook Pro? They only come in 64 bit. I think this may be a job for Apple Support because the Windows unit works fine using the same Adobe ID. Thanks again.

Hi, I was working with the Production Premium before I switched to a Creative Cloud account. I can surely say this is an improvement. I would like to see the same apps listed that I had before like After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. How do I upgrade to the same level I had with the Production Premium?

On Macbook Pro OSX 10.8.3 Intel Core i7 Creative Cloud desktop app does not reflect the Creative Cloud website download center. Premiere Pro and After Effects are not listed on the desktop app. Here is a screenshot of the Creative Cloud desktop application listing. They seem to all be from the Design and Web category. Premiere Pro CC is not listed in the Creative Cloud app on Mac OSX 10.8. The Download Center led me to a download page and when I clicked on the download link the Creative Cloud app would open and list all the apps that were available for download. Premiere Pro CC and After Effects CC was not on the list.

@ jedierikb The following was taken from the flashmediaserver_4.5_dev_guide.pdf. When a media player requests content from the server, it passes the server a request URL. The section of the request URL following the server name (and optional port number) is defined in the Location directive path in the Apache httpd.conf file. For example, the following is the Location directive for HDS on-demand streaming: <IfModule jithttp_module> <Location /vod> HttpStreamingJITPEnabled true HttpStreamingContentPath "../mnt/s3fs" JitFmsDirPath ".." Options -Indexes FollowSymLinks </Location> </IfModule> When Apache receives a request with the path /hds-vod, it uses the jithttp_module (just-in-time) to process the request. The jithttp_module uses the values of the directives nested within the Location directive. In other words, the syntax of the url does not change just because you are using S3 as your content folder. The Apache httpd.conf file determines where the application ( Location /vod ) keeps the content ( HttpStreamingContentPath "../mnt/s3fs" ). In essence the symbolic link is created by the Apache httpd.conf file. So keep the same syntax ( rtmp://localhost/vod/mp4:filename.mp4 )

I believe this computer is incapatible of running Premiere Pro CS6 so it was not displayed in the App Manager. All of the other programs displayed will run fine on WinVista 32bit. I will have to switch computers that's all. Thanks
