Question

Are Gaming, Mobile, Publishing, and Web the only app categories from which I can choose?

Hi,

I was working with the Production Premium before I switched to a Creative Cloud account. I can surely say this is an improvement. I would like to see the same apps listed that I had before like After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc. How do I upgrade to the same level I had with the Production Premium?

If you do not see some applications listed in the CC offerings it can be because your machine does not meet the tech specs of the software.  For instance, both After Effects CC and Premiere Pro CC are 64 bit applications, so if your machine is not 64 bit they will not be available for installation.

    Hi,

Thanks for responding. I use a new Macbook Pro at home. At work we installed the 64 bit Win 7 and Creative Cloud took to it nicely. Why not on the new Macbook Pro? They only come in 64 bit.

I think this may be a job for Apple Support because the Windows unit works fine using the same Adobe ID.

    Thanks again.

    Hi,

Can anyone think of a reason why Adobe CC would not list apps that would require a 64 bit processor on a Macbook Pro with Retina display that uses an Intel Core i7?

I find it difficult to ask Apple Support to support Adobe Creative Cloud.
