Thanks but when i try to download i get a message saying i have exceeded my allowed downloads for this machine. also the help menu does not contain deactivate, it has activate greyed out. If i open a PDF file there is no deactivateon the Help menu. My reader is not part of the Acrobat XI suite.

Thanks, i will try that, but i have used all my downloads so i need to deactivate the version i have. When i pull down the Help menu there is no deactivate to choose. How do i deactivate the product?

This did not work. The error 1328 keeps happening. Also that particular page does not warn people to deactivate their Adobe license so they can reinstall the new software.

I am running Windows 10.1, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. This error appears with each try at an update. I had it fixed on Windows 8, but it has reappeared. Thannks for any help

I have Windows 8.1 on a desktop, and run Acrobat Pro XI. I get error 1328 when I update it, so I uninstalled. The reinstall comes up in Norwegian. How do I change the language back to English? thanks
