reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. It reinstalls in Norweigian instead of English. How do I fix that?

I have Windows 8.1 on a desktop, and run Acrobat Pro XI.  I get error 1328 when I update it, so I uninstalled.  The reinstall comes up in Norwegian.  How do I change the language back to English?
