Our computer broke and we needed to purchase a new computer. I still have the disc and the serial number for the CS5 which works perfectly well for the needs of our almost retired marketing company. I cannot access any other computer as it is completely broken. I would like to activate the program on my new computer.
I used to be able to use my purchased lightroom 6. Havent used it in a while and now after asking to be logged in 20 times it does nothing. Now it locked me out as well. I have my password, have my previous purchased serial number and entered that. It still wont work. I dont want to update to the cloud and all of that. Want to use the old version that I had access to and was fine with. My mom passed away 2 days, ago. Wanted to update a few pics and add to her photo collage. Login 20 times, put the serial number, it locks me out. Try to contact customer support its a stupid AI bot that does nothing. So much new technology and nothing works, cant even get an email from adobe as it says I dont have an active account, yet I am logged in and it shows my previous purchases. Such crappy support I cant believe it.

Looking for assistance in activating legacyDesign Standard CS5.5 andAcrobat Pro 9.0 products;previously functioning activation codes are not working and I am simply looking to activate these products to access legacy files; I note the compatibility issue with current operating systems, but as perpetual purchases the T&C require Adobe to allow continued access !
So 9 years on and this problem still there. It’s completely eating 1 CPU core on my laptop and desktop. Very annoying on desktop - disaster for battery on laptop as CPU is running flat out on 1 core the entire time. Even if I kill the process it comes back after a while. Have removed all Adobe software from my laptop for now.
I upgraded my Mac, I have a perpetual adobe acrobat 2020 license. I am getting a message that my serial number is already in use on another computer and I have reached the maximum allowed. I must deactivate another computer in x amount of days. This is the only computer that I have the software on.
I currently have a 4-month free trial period for Adobe Creative Cloud Pro 2026, but I am unable to download any applications from creative cloud. Whenever I try to install apps like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat, the installation status gets stuck on 'Waiting' for long time, and the process never actually begins. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them resolved the issue: 1. Reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application multiple times.2. Restarted my PC multiple times Has anyone dealt with this before? Any fixes would be awesome. Thanks!

I only have one device. Support had me uninstall and reinstall, that didn’t work. There are no devices listed in my account (I have a legacy version of Adobe Acrobat that is not a subscripton). They then told me to come to this community and “an expert would help me fix it.” Can anyone help?
One of our tools requires this version of Adobe Illustrator, and we can no longer install it through Creative Cloud, which now only supports versions up to 22.1. Could you please provide us with a direct download link for Illustrator 2015.3 (version 20.1.0)? I've already asked the chat agent, but since this is an End of Life product, Adobe no longer supports it.Thank you
I’ve paid for Creative Cloud in advance for a year, checked for updates after a month away from my Mac and everything needs updating, it’s glacially slow, so far 5 hours to update 5 apps, another 8 to go, this is very poor service for the price I’m charged!At this pathetic speed I will have wasted a complete day and evening while Adobe count their cash! I’m on a MacBook Pro M4 pro max - Tahoe 26.4.1 128mb ram 4tb ssd hd, so hardware is not the issue, my internet speed is excellent. The only possibility is that Adobe either haven’t been vigilantly checking their service speed or they are delierately throttling back to 1980 speeds? Not good value for money!!
Hi, I bought lifetime version of Acrobat X. I wanted to move it to a new laptop, so I deactivated all previous installations on 2 previous systems, but when I install on new system, cannot activate it and it says I have reached my activation limit. Unter MacOS 26.5 auf MacStudio M1 bleibt der Update bei 48% hängen und geht nicht weiter. Die blaue Meldung dass der Prozess ungewöhnlich lange braucht und nach Lösungen gesucht wird erscheint. Ein Abbruch hinterlässt eine defekte Altinstallation. Ein entfernen der alten App und Neuinsallation ist notwendig. Das war bei V 27.6 und 27,7 der Fall. Was kann ich machen?
