Unter MacOS 26.5 auf MacStudio M1 bleibt der Update bei 48% hängen und geht nicht weiter. Die blaue Meldung dass der Prozess ungewöhnlich lange braucht und nach Lösungen gesucht wird erscheint. Ein Abbruch hinterlässt eine defekte Altinstallation. Ein entfernen der alten App und Neuinsallation ist notwendig. Das war bei V 27.6 und 27,7 der Fall. Was kann ich machen?
Computer broke and Adobe Acrobat Full version / stand alone can’t be used on the new computer.Error message: License activated on too many devices but in my account the list of devices is empty.
So I’ve been having this annoying issue for a long time now where this box pops up saying “Are you the only person using your Adobe account?” and the only option I have is to change my password. Again. But I’m working on 2 machines; my workstation and a macbook pro for capturing footage etc. I’m allowed to use it on 2 machines. I spent a long time with someone from Technical support to try and fix this and they said I should just de-activate my laptop and sign in again. This didn’t work.It’s super annoying. The popup appears at the most in-convenient times. Today I was working on a photo for an hour, cleaning up then this thing pops up and I couldn’t do anything. Couldn’t save my work, nothing. I lost the entire session!More, this popup appears off-window somehow. I can only see it if I click the mission control button, then I see it hovering above my one desktop but I can’t click or touch it. So I have to force-quit Photoshop to be able to do anything.

I want to purchase a new subscription, but I've tried repeatedly for several days and until now still can't complete the payment. It keeps showing the error "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank." Although I checked with the bank and confirmed that my card is still working normally. Hi. I was trying to remove the Adobe Creative Cloud apps, but didn’t know there was a particular way to do it (I am new to all of this stuff). I moved it to the trash on my macbook, but for some reason I took just the Creative Cloud out of the trash and accidentally placed it onto my desktop. I have been following the steps to properly uninstall it now (even reinstalling the apps and such) but nothing is working. If I try to just move the Creative Cloud app to the trash, it says the app has to be downloaded, but I haven’t been given an option to download the app. I have used the cleaner tool and everything, but literally nothing is working. The last message I received was “uninstallation of Creative Cloud completed with errors.” My cleaner tool now says that there is no session to delete so I can’t clean anything else. There are no files in my “Adobe Installers” file in the Utilities folder in Applications. I am stumped. Please send help!
My Creative Cloud app suddenly decided to not recognize most of my installed apps, meaning I can't update them cause there's no other way than from the CC app. As you can see down here, the lists don't match (I installed Ai 2025 before taking the screenshot, and I know the CC app won't appear in its own panel): Considering I'm paying for this, not being able to use the latest version simply because the app manager doesn't feel like letting me, it's very insulting. I'll like to add, I literally didn't make any kind of change or modification. One day I just noticed some apps not updating and, when I looked into the manager, this is what I found.
Hi! My CPU is not compatible with AVX2, a requirement of the latest Photoshop. I need to download a previous version (v21 or v22) but it is not available through Creative Cloud. I have been told by adobe help to post the question here. Thanks in advance!
I have Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 with a serial number. Previous laptop is recycled and now I need to install it on a new pc running same platform, Windows 11. After I installed it on my new computer the login/activation screen appears and says that i reached maximum computers and that i need to deactivate the other computer. The other computer is uninstalled already and I cant see any computers activated at all. Can somebody please help me. Ive talked to Adobe support and the said to raise a ticket here.
I'm running a Mac mini M4 with 64GB RAM one terabyte hard drive, and v27.7 fails to install, it reaches 88% and then fails.I have no other versions of Photoshop, including beta version installed
Hello everyone,we are a company using several single-user licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020.Unfortunately, a former employee apparently did not maintain our license and inventory records properly.We currently still have two original single-user licenses, including the original packaging and valid serial numbers. However, we no longer know which Adobe accounts or login credentials were originally used to activate these licenses. As a result, we are currently unable to use them, even though we still need them.Therefore, our questions are:How can we find out which Adobe account the respective serial numbers are linked to?Or who can we contact to reset the associated login credentials or transfer the licenses to a new company account?Thank you in advance for your support.

Não realizamos trocas frequentes de dispositivo, logins em locais diferentes ou desconexões manuais constantes.Mesmo assim, praticamente toda semana ocorre um problema de autenticação que acaba exigindo alteração de senha da conta para conseguirmos acessar novamente os aplicativos.O problema não é apenas o logout da conta, mas sim a necessidade recorrente de redefinir a senha para restabelecer o acesso.Com isso gostaríamos de entender: O que pode estar causando essas redefinições frequentes de senha; Se existe algum bloqueio, conflito de autenticação ou comportamento suspeito sendo detectado na conta; E quais procedimentos recomendam para estabilizar o acesso nos dispositivos utilizados pela empresa. I recently installed windows 11 on my PC and went to redownload photoshop but after the file would download it would just disappear. I tried clearing the cache, using the cleaner tool, and some code thing from like 12 years ago but that wouldn’t work. I also borrowed a friends laptop and tried downloading it there but I got the error 14002
I can't use ‘remove’ I got the popup showing ‘Required components are being downloaded. Check back later to use the feature once the download is complete.’ on PS then reinstalling it but then it won't complete and stuck to 70% of installation

:Não consigo mudar o local de instalação. Já mudei no preferences, e mesmo assim segue instalando no local defautl. Meu disco C está ficando cheio, comprei um novo "D" e quero instalar tudo lá. Alguém pode ajudar ? Grato
Maybe by removing the 20GB storage and only allow local storage?I live in Denmark, where 25% is added in tax so it become almost $29 a month for the cheapest option with 20GB. Not everyone is rich in Denmark and as a hobbyist it is quit a lot.
