I have had an Adobe account for years with about 75 users.  I have never had an Account Manager as far as I know.  Today I received an email with a subject of "Immediate Attention Requested | Individual Accounts" This is the body of the message -    "As your Account Manager at Adobe, I wanted to bring to your attention to flagged multiple sign-ups under your domain that urgently need to be consolidated under your admin control. One of our colleagues has received a new device with Acrobat installed. He is signed in with his account to which the Acrobat Pro and AI-assistant for Acrobat licenses are assigned. The Pro features are perfectly activated, however the AI tools are missing in his interface.We already updated to the latest version (26.001.21431) and I have removed and added the license to his account again. Both without a result.   

I made some illustrator files several months ago and saved them to the cloud. Now I am trying to open them and it says "Can't open file. The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner for more info." I am the original creator and I have an adobe account using one email that has both a personal account and a school account (which I can't remember if I've ever used this). The files appear in-app under "Your files" but if I go to assets.adobe.com it says "You have no cloud documents." Since I made them I've gotten a new computer and my original subscription ended and I am currently on a 7 day trial on my personal account. Also I'm a student and my institution paid for the subscription originally. I don't remember if I made the files after being signed into a personal account or a school account. I’m new to Firefly, and I’m following along with the Adobe tutorial https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/platform-learn/tutorial-one-adobe/production/crpr7/ex1. I noticed that each time I added nodes to the pipeline, I had to re-run the entire thing. The first step is Remove Background from an image - I already know this works the first time I run it, so as I’m experimenting and iterating on building the pipeline I want, this step doesn’t need to re-run. Yet, it re-runs every time, wasting credits and time.What would be nice is if the output from previously-run nodes can be used for subsequent runs. In the Background Removal example, lets say I have a background replacement after that using Composite Images. I run the pipeline, and see that those nodes do the job correctly, but now I need some color correction, so I add an Auto Tone node before the final image output. I already know the background removal and composite nodes work, so instead of running them again, I would like to

Is there a way to hide the Benefits tab in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. We don't want our users to be able to see all the miscellaneous items in our enterprise plan but what is more recently frustrating is that there are “Partner perks” advertisements listed now, such as redeeming 3 months of LinkedIn Premium which should not be shown for an enterprise level license. We have tried editing the ServicesConfig.xml to append “BenefitsPanel” to “False”, similar to AppsPanel but it appears not supported in the same way.

I have been having issues with Photoshop and wanted to update the program, but when I clicked on update it brought me to a blank white box. I tried to get to Creative Cloud directly and got the same blank box. I tried repairing Creative Cloud with the uninstaller and it went through the steps successfully, but would not launch, and when I launched it manually it was still the same white box. I went ahead and updated my Mac to Tahoe 26.4.1 to see if that would help, but it did not. I then did a full uninstall and reinstall of Creative Cloud. Again, it did everything successfully, but when it launched (this time at least it launched) it was still a white box. I downloaded the Cleanup tool and ran that and it got rid of everything (I think.) I did another install and it is still the same thing. Photoshop is not fatally flawed and I can still use it, but I can’t update or uninstall it. I have searched the boards here and on the internet and done all of the steps everyone said worked for th

Adobe Express has been inaccessible for me since I started my paid subscription 2 weeks ago.Since yesterday I get “This site can’t be reached” and ERR_FAILED when trying to open Adobe Express. It fails on Chrome and Safari, including the normal browser page, not just the app-like version. I already cleared cache and cookies, and the problem persists across browsers.This is critical because all of my designs are stored there and I cannot access my work. Please help

I received an email that said “Leah, you no longer have system administrator rights for (COMPANY)-Deleted-Org.” At the same time, the other users of the business account received an email that said “You no longer have access to Creative Cloud Pro in organization (COMPANY)”I’m the only admin on the business account, and I didn’t initiate a contract cancellation or anything like that. Hi, We bought a perpetual license in 2015 for 170 users. The definition of perpetual license is a license grants the purchaser the right to use software indefinitely, with no expiration date We are less that 10 years into our license and we can no longer use our licenses purchased. After talking to several departments I was in touch with the perpetual license department where ultimately they pointed me to make a post here. I was told As the product is outdated I am unable to transfer to the dedicated team. Hence I request you to post you query and our dedicated team will get in touch with you. I am hoping to get this resolved as Adobe should have had a solution already in place for changing their licensing for those "grandfathered" in to a perpetual license. 

I want to delete my account but I can't because I own an organization and I'm the only administrator and contract owner. I created the account for fun, and I don't have a business. I also don't have any active subscriptions. I've already tried messaging people and contacting customer support but all I've gotten is links for how to delete my account even though those don't work for my situation. I wondering if someone who works at adobe can delete my account for me since I can't do it myself?

I activated my Adobe Substance 3D Collection Education 12-month subscription on the 13th of November 2025. The subscription and all my plans and orders & invoices have been removed from my account. I have logged in the right account but all info and my still active subscription has been removed. I have now lost all access to the Apps I need for my education.The apps on my Adobe account now only show Trial available.Is there a way to access my still active subscription and regain access to the apps?Thank you for any helpSofia

The UMAPI is greyed out in developer console.I am loaded as an admin and developer in Adobe admin console.If I click on why is this disabled it shows admin permissions required.Please help to get the UMAPI activated?Thank youArlo

This is a bit complicated so bear with me. I work for a very large organisation, when I first started, I was given an adobe account (Enterprise I think) and licence for Location A. Since then, I have worked across multiple locations and never had an issue with my account. But recently Location A cleared all their old users, including me (fair!). I contacted them and they’ve confirmed I’m not one of their users anymore. I no longer have access to any licence or subscription. They can’t help me. I’ve been looking at what my options are and I’m stuck. I can’t remove myself from an organisation because I am not linked to one. I cannot change my email or delete my account (no idea why, the options just aren’t there). I have no plans, licences, or subscriptions - if I try to sign up for one, I get “Contact your admin for access”. The only things I seem to be able to change is my public profile details. The user received the confirmation email that Custom Fonts are available and should be accessible after signing into Creative Cloud.However, when the user signs into Creative Cloud Desktop on a shared device, they cannot use Adobe Fonts. Hi everyone,I’m having a persistent licensing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (Photoshop/Illustrator) on Windows. I am a user in a Teams/Enterprise subscription (not the admin).The Problem: After I changed the installation language from German to English in the CC App, Photoshop and Illustrator started showing "License Expired" or "Trial Expired" upon launch. However, when I check my account online, it correctly shows "Active - All Apps" under my Business/Company Profile.Current State: In the CC Desktop App, the "Home" tab shows "Open" for Photoshop, but the "Apps" tab shows "Install". When I launch Photoshop as Admin, the user icon (top right) appears and shows my Company Profile, but the "License Expired" banner remains. I am 100% sure I am logging in with the "Company/School Account" option. What I have already tried (without success): Logged out and back in multiple times. I have an enterprise account, and a personal one using the same email address. Creative Cloud desktop allows for profile selection, to log in with the enterprise one, but the local Apps keep opening up with the personal one (no profile selection option) and complain about licensing issues. I don't have an option in my profile not to “auto select” a profile.
