We found it to be a issue with the computer I'm using the DLLS are on a protected network that when i wasn't connected to my work network premiere couldn't access it. Now as long as I'm VPNed into my work network it will work.

I import my media its game film captured from a el gato Hd60. I use the setting of the clip, never adjust the speed in any way, Start working with the clip. Half way through while I'm previewing it I get Red Screen flashes in the play back and some times the whole clip will speed up to 3x. I figured it was just a preview issue but when i exported it the 3x speed still persisted. I'm not sure how it happens to just part of the clip not all of it. Its not consistent and it happens randomly and will ruin a project Any help will be welcome.

Solutions we have already tried. Restarted System Uninstalled Premiere and preferences and Reinstalled Contacted Adobe support Photoshop guys had some of the same issues but none of the fixes translated to Premiere

Spoke with adobe support and they said not their problem its a windows Visual issue. Anyone have a solution to this was working fine yesterday now wont get past the loading in screen.
