Premiere Rush

Hiya,I love using Rush, but since yesterday I can't open one of my projects (thankfully I exported it already). I tried the usual things, restarting, deleting local project and getting it from cloud, etc, no use. here is the relevant bit from the logs. Let me know if I can send you anything else! Hello! I mostly work on IPad but sometimes I need to do something's in windows. I'm logged in to both versions with the same address. I have many projects on iPad, and they're all synced to the Adobe cloud, but I only see one on the PC, and I think it's the one I created on the pc originally. How do I see the rest of the projects on the pc? Thank you If I ever had to uninstall and delete the app on the iPad, and reinstall it on a different iPad, will I lose my projects?

Adobe Korea asked me to ask questions here about problems that I can't solve. However, it is unlikely that the support team will be able to solve the problem of continuing to post. I didn't see the correct answer not only to my problems but also to other people's issues. They only ask about the type of machine.There is no additional comment, and it does not tell you how to solve it or how it is going. When I get solutions from other companies, I feel like I'm a fool waiting for Adobe's solution. Has anyone solved the Android version?

Where is the Rush project file saved? I tried looking in the cloud but all I can find is the assets for the project but not the source rush file. I tried unsyncing it to the cloud but no luck.Does Rush not have a file fomat?

I can use Rush for around 5 minutes before it crashes. I have to close it and open it again and then work five minutes before it crashes again. It's a new computer so I'm not sure what's happening.

Premiere Rush crush when I open it on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ cell phone. It only works the first time after installing it, starting from the Cloud or from the app in the applications menu of the cell phone. From the second time I open it, three seconds pass and it closes itself (crash) or closes. There are already two Android 11 phone software updates and Rush IS NOT UPDATED. Please, I have been with this problem a month ago, I AM PAYING FOR THE FULL PACKAGE OF CREATIVE CLOUD AND THE PREMIERE RUSH DOES NOT WORK FOR ME !!!!

Rush has recently become unusable (last 3-4 weeks).My Windows system is unchanged and has worked well with PR for over a year until the current issue.I'm working with Windows 10 v1909 ... I cannot use a more recent version of Windows becasue I work for the NHS in the UK and OS management for the organisation is tightly controlled.In attempting to resolve issues myself I have uninstalled 1.5.62 and tried every previous version back to 1.5.40 ... but all of them now have the same issue.Playback in Rush no longer shows Titles or plays through transitions ... video clips have audio, but visual is prone to freezing. Most edits appear to crash Rush.Any ideas?

Adobe Rush will not run as it gets stuck on importerquicktime.prm in the loading screen. I have tried over a dozen fixes online but none have worked. The program is completely unusable and simply will not open no matter what I do. If I can't fix it I'll have to delete the program and stop paying since it's completely non-functioning. I've tried adjusting firewall settings, changing the names of folders, reverting to older versions/rolling back updates, uninstalling and re-installing everything; but nothing works. It's a shame that Adobe has yet to announce a fix to an issue that makes their own program completely useless, as I've seen this issue elsewhere on the internet. If you have any other solutions to try please let me know.

Updated Rush is on both my Android phone and Windows laptop.  I can start a project on my phone with H.264/MP4 footage from a DJI drone but it stalls on transfer to my computer.   I think I'm missing a step somewhere.  The computer screen looks like this when I open the project:   

Hi, Sometimes, when I open an older file - even one I was working on a week ago - the sound files are no longer linked. I am using audio in the Rush library. I recall it gives me an option to re-link the audio - but the path begins with "var/"I cannot find anything on my mac that has "var/". Help. This is messed up and the pieces I am working on are very complex with many sounds. This is a disaster if I cannot relink the audio on these pieces. I would take a screen grab of an other piece, but I am afraid to close this document I am working on (aforementioned disaster)Best wishes_jm

In Premiere Rush version1.5.62 (Build 61), is it normal for the rendering page to display "Reamining 00:00:00" but the the "Publish" menu to not be available, and the "Cancel" button still displayed?  The destination of the render is local.  The Home, Edit, and Share buttons are greyed out.  Is the vidoe still rendering?  It's been on this page for approximately an hour.  The project is a 8 hour video at 4K.  Attached is apicture of hte screen. In the picture I cut out the video preview.  Look forward to your help!

I have 6 files in my timeline i want to repeat so i have 12.I try to copy them and nothing?Do I really have to duplicate and move each file one by one?That seems crazy> Please help! 

When I'm rendering a video, everything goes pretty smoothly but then when the progress bar reaches 00:00:00, it takes forever for the render to complete and for the Publish menu to become available (and the Done button enabled). Why is this and what can I do to speed things up?

I spent half my Sunday recording voice overs, again. And for the second time they just disappeared. I'm just starting with this program and am already fed up. This program is from a professional developer and not even brand new anymore, how is it possible something like this is happening?I didn't change the pc, I didn't restart the program, the files were there and one moment later the voice overs are empty (see screenshot attached).Is there any way I can recover these voice overs? When checking my assets in premiere rush and online are just files with 0 bytes.If not, how can I avoid this is happening again? Thanks everyone for helping me out.Oliver

I want to add titles to some clips.When I click the blue + sign, then click the "T" icon, I expected to see an editable text box, like I've seen in the instructional videos.Instead, I just get an empty column with nothing to select. Do I need to locate and install a template before any options appear? (I am using version 1.5.58.)Thank you for your time.

Hi, I suspect this issue is NVIDIA Driver related, but I wanted some support on how to fix it if possible? Sometimes when I am searching for Assets on Rush (videos clips to use) the PC will lockup and requires a hard reset to work again. If I leave it long enough here, it has created a BSOD with driver issues pointing to NVIDIA's drivers in the event viewer. I have a small suspicion it is related to having a second monitor connected, but disabled in Windows (show only on 1). However, It is not convenient for me to unplug 2nd monitor every time I use the app. CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-core ( no oc)RAM: 32GBGPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090NVIDIA Drivers tested: 471.68 Studio & Game Ready, 471.96 Game ReadyOS: Windows 10 Pro (21H1 build 19043.1237)Monitors: 4K TV via HDMI (4K60), 1440x900 via DVI to DP Notes: I have yet to encounter this issue with my TITAN Xp with Studio or Game Ready Drivers. Hello,I am evaluating Rush which gives me three free export and was almost convince for going for a subscription because of its simplicity and this happened.The current video project which I have been working for now few days suddenly today it does not open. I mean when I open the Rush I see my three projects, the other two opens fine however when I click on the third one it doesnt open without giving me any error. It just for a second tries to open and then nothing happen. I restarted many times, created the duplicate of the same project but nothing works.This is very frustating and considering if this happens I looses my weeks work.Since I am using a trial, it does not sync to cloud (I suppose)I am using Rush on Windows 10.Please help me to recover.Thanks,Siddik

I have a really good computer, 32gb Ram, i7-9700k CPU, GTX 1070.Editing using Rush and Premiere has been fine for the last couple months, but all of a sudden yesterday when I tried to edit videos the playback has been really jittery and choppy. At first I thought it was jsut Rush, so I tried editing on Premiere, same issue. I thought perhaps it was the files, so I opened an old project that I knew I didnt have trouble with previously, and still jittery playback.I even opened the include Sample video that RUSH provides (Beach Scene) for usign the tutorial and that was jittery. Its like its playing back in 1.25% speed or soemthing. I tried using the J K L shortcuts, but that didn't help any. I tried restarting the computer, I updated the graphics card with the latest driver. Nothing helps...

Hi everyone! I'm using Premiere Rush on iPad and when I export my project, some parts of the video come out as a black screen with the audio still playing. The clips that come out black all come from the same source, and every other clip that is part of the project works fine. If it's useful at all, the clips that come out black all imported into the project upside down and I had to rotate them. That's the only difference I can see between those clips and the others.Thank you so much for your help!

I can't give you a solution to Rush's Android version error, so I'm investigating it myself. Bounce occurs while logging in to the paid version of the cloud account and importing projects from the cloud. And after the initial execution, a problem arises when the program is terminated or RAM capacity is exceeded due to the cleaning function of the mobile phone. 100% application bounce is observed. I want to attach a log file, but individual users cannot extract or share the log, so Google Store or Samsung sent the log dozens or hundreds of times through errors, so please refer to it. I hope this problem will be solved. I don't want to use other companies' programs.
