Graphics Card Requirements

I know the Intel 630 IGPU on the i9 9900K is not that great but I heard the Iris IGPU is much better. Maybe you can find some YouTube videos about the new Iris IGPU.  

Expanding on defaulth2572f39ayi8's response, I would not recommend the older Intel UHD or Iris Plus Graphics, for that matter. Nor would I currently recommend any of the AMD Radeon graphics (integrated or discrete) for Premiere Pro. You see, Adobe's implementation of OpenCL GPU acceleration remains bug-ridden, even in today's version 22.0.

This leaves only discrete Nvidia GeForce or Quadro graphics - and not just any one. Low-end versions of these GPUs neuter many of the features that higher-end models do, at every single GPU generation.

And as I stated in the past, the integrated Intel graphics (whether the old Kaby Lake-based or the newer Iris Xe) is only good for hardware decoding or encoding assist. Otherwise, they are much too weak for hardware GPU rendering.

Hi! I would not recommend the Intel Iris Xe. I bought one notebook with it and all that has given me is a headache. Glitch video in the preview (and I think that it's in export video too, but very very very mild) that I cannot fix.
