Intel A770 with Premiere Pro

Hello,

I'm writing to you because I need to buy a new graphic card. And after a lot of questions on many forums, I've decided to buy one of these 3 cards (I can not pay more than 350€)

- Nvidia 3060 ti

- Gigabyte 6700XT

- Intel Arc A770

So I would have few questions :

- Could you confirm me, the material acceleration will works well in Premiere with the A770 card ?

- Could you tell me if A770 is a good choice ? I've read that with it, I think to have understood that I will be able to preview my H264 files in Premiere Pro without using proxies, is it true ?

- To encode my video in H264 it will take more than NVidia, but is there a big difference with the 3060 ti or 6700 xt ? (When Premiere will deal with the AV1, I suppose the encoding will be very fast)
