Windows 10 Pro for Workstations with Premiere Pro: best results?

Hi people!

I heard from a technician that using Windows 10 Pro for Workstations in conjunction with Premiere Pro would make a difference compared to using it with Windows 10 Pro or the "lower" version.

The advantages would be related to better overall performance, less memory usage for execution (which also guarantees, in the end, a significant increase of performance), greater fidelity in the use of the files and even correction for some corruptions that are possible ...

Would it be an exaggeration?

Currently I use the Windows 10 Pro version. After the idea that he passed me, I was tempted to migrate to the version for Workstations ... Has anyone had any experience? If so, could you tell me the advantages and possible disadvantages (apart from the higher cost)? Was it unnecessary? It may even be an impression only (from a technical view), if someone is willing to give an opinion, thank you!!

    See here for some info:

    • Persistent memory: Windows 10 Pro for Workstations provides the most demanding apps and data with the performance they require with non-volatile memory modules (NVDIMM-N) hardware. NVDIMM-N enables you to read and write your files with the fastest speed possible, the speed of the computer’s main memory. Because NVDIMM-N is non-volatile memory, your files will still be there, even when you switch your workstation off.

You will need new hardware for that to be supported:

This is the kind of question that is good to post on the Hardware forum ...

    Hardware Forum ... https://forums.adobe.com/community/premiere/hardware_forum

There are a couple folks like SAFEHARBOR11 from SafeHarbor Computing ... blast, forgot the also helpful gent from Puget Systems ... and also Eric from ADK computing post over there. They do have a great deal of practical experience they share.

I was going to let this sit in the Premiere Pro forum for a day or two to see if it got any responses before moving it, but you convinced me to move it to the Hardware forum now.
