Adobe Exchange (My Experience)
I have 7 Products published on Adobe Exchange. All of which took for ever to be reviewed and I'm talking weeks. When Adobe Exchange emails me about products I've submitted, I am usually left confused meaning they have very unclear communication. Their customer support is painfully slow which is the reason I assume they have nothing to do with Adobe because Adobe's customer support is top of the line. Does any one else have bad experiences with Adobe Exchange? What are they?
