Adobe Exchange (My Experience)

I have 7 Products published on Adobe Exchange. All of which took for ever to be reviewed and I'm talking weeks. When Adobe Exchange emails me about products I've submitted, I am usually left confused meaning they have very unclear communication. Their customer support is painfully slow which is the reason I assume they have nothing to do with Adobe because Adobe's customer support is top of the line. Does any one else have bad experiences with Adobe Exchange? What are they?

    Dont know what experience youve had but over the past couple years I have reached out to them 11 times and each time problem solved! My PC is no joke though so I dont hardware issues only software related issues. Do you use Adobe Exchange Jim?

    I've never had to deal with them myself.  But from the report of other users, it does seem that your experience is not the norm.
