App, tool or feature

I would like Adobe to make an app or tool that can help me and others make storyboard and script.

Since they have almost all the apps to develop graphics why not having a storyboard app.

That can be make on paper I meant something like celtx. An actual app to make story board positioning the character, camera, lights, etc.
