Blackmagic intensity shuttle with external monitor

I need help please.  I can't see the video on my external monitot.  I installed the latest driver and when I click on Desktop video setup, I get an error that syas "No desktop video device detected".  I use a PC.

    This is an Add on video capture device and has Nothing to do with any Adobe software. I suggest you post this question over on the BlackMagic support forums.

    I am moving the thread to the Video Lounge forum.
