Cannot reactivate purchased CS3 [CS3 is dead & gone, LOCKED]

Just wanted to express my frustration with Adobe.

I purchased CS3 back in 2008 and it works perfectly fine. But when I've reinstalled it on my new computer it asked me to reactivate it. There is some kind of bug that when I try to do so, it says no internet connection; but I have one. I tried to use the phone option. Numbers don't work. Tried to get help from Support Live Chat - Completely Useless; they only tell me that it is no longer "supported" and the like. But that is total BS. Why they heck did they put this STUPID Re-Activation forced feature? Idiotic!!!

Adobe essentially blocks us from using software we purchase and just wants to force us to buy more unwanted stuff. This is THEFT. Criminal.

Shame on you Adobe. You only care about profits and screwing us little guys. Way to go. You'll definitely be 'Company of the Year'.

Keep counting your millions you make by screwing us little guys.

Pathetic!

Will never buy or use your crap again!

1) You don't own anything.  Adobe and their supliers own the software. Read the EULA.
https://labs.adobe.com/technologies/eula/photoshopcs3.html

2) There is no such thing as a "forever license."   You had permission to use CS3 for as long as Adobe could keep supporting it.  After 12 years, I think you got more than your money's worth.

3) Creative Suite 1, 2 and 3 are officially dead.  There's nothing anyone can do to change that now.

MODERN OPTIONS:
Photoshop Elements 2020 (approx $100, no subscription needed)

Beware of fake Adobe reps who may contact you privately offering to sell you software or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away!

I'm a normal user as you and I understand your frustration, but CS3 is more than 12 years old and it's IT stone age. It isn't compatible with all the new operating system from Microsoft and Apple. It is also not economical to maintain old programs and to offer support. This is not only the case with Adobe, but also with many other companies.

CS3's activation servers were taken down because they where faulty. F or a while there was a non-activation CS3 you could get. Now that ship has sailed, and it's no longer there.
