Capturing Zoom footage in HD

I recognize this isn't, really, a Premiere question. It's for a Zoom forum. But that doesn't exist, and Zoom's support is mediocre at best. So I thought, in these quarantine times, someone on this forum might have encountered the challenge I face. Any help appreciated.

I am trying to capture HD footage in Zoom. I'm on a Pro account, so in theory I should at least be able to record 720p. I have:

1. Selected Group HD enable in Zoom's settings

2. Selected Optimize for 3rd Party Editor in settings

3. Tried recording both locally and to the cloud.

None of these seem to work. The recording always ends up at 640x360. If anyone here has experience recording in 720p on Zoom, I'd love to get any and all advice!
