Disappointed by the Premiere Pro 25.0 update

Is this an update?

The only functionality is to create a new project file that is not compatible with the previous version just to screw the user, since there is nothing in the implementation that justifies this.

Have you seen what a davince resolve update looks like? It has fast masks, a scene stabilizer that works on slow clips, an audio filter FOR REMIXING MUSIC.
