Seriously, do you intentionally want to have THE WORST video editing plkatform out there?!? Is that your goal!?

Premiere was really good up untill CS6 and ever since CC, it has been the worst crap that I ever worked on. I have 3950x, Evga 3080, 128gb ram, m2. ssd, what else do you need, do you want me to get a NASA supercomputer???

I cannot even watch and scroll trhu footage!!! Your so called engeneers tried to help and they literally didn nothing but to take my precious time and waste it, they just copied and pasted few folders, and they didnt know what else to do.

I experience tons of bugs on a daily basis, even the render donesnt work now!!!

You are the worst and I dare you to respond to me.

P.S. This is not just happening to me, lots of my editing friends, all of the who work in Premiere experience tons of bugs.

Things to try/check

0) Reinstall Premiere Pro via Creative Cloud Cleaner tool
1) Do you have VFR footage on a timeline? Things like iPhone-, ScreenRecordings-, Zoom-, Twitch-, YouTube- videos, etc. It's highly recommended to transcode such clips to CFR before editing. Tools people use for this: Handbrake, Avidemux, ffmpeg, nvencc, or even a build-in Windows editor
2) Try to turn off Hardware accelerated DEcoding in Preferences > Media... Remember to clear media cache each time you change this settings.

3) Always do clean media cache after any app/driver update: Preferences > Media Cache => Delete all media cache files from the system. Ideally do it manually - close Adobe PP/AME/AE, go to cache location and delete folders: Media Cache, Media Cache Files, PTX, Peak Files

4) Make sure that NVidia G-Sync/ AMD Freesync is off in driver control panel
5) Make sure you are using NVidia 'Studio' driver and not 'Game ready' one
6) Reset workspace: Window > Workspaces > Reset to saved layout
7) Try on/off "Mercury Transmit" option (Preferences > Playback > Enable Mercury Transmit)
😎 Try Preferences > Audio Hardware > Default Input => select "No Input"
9) Try Preferences > Device Control > none
10) If you are working with 2+ monitors, try if a single display setup has same issue

After 15 years of editing, I surely have tried all. But hey, I am a GENIUS and I will give Adobe that one awesome idea that will put them back on track after years and years of loosing video editors
