How Could Adobe Get It *THIS* Bad?

I've been a Adobe user for as long as I can remember, so naturally I get the general negative experience using the Creative Cloud software. But I am TRULY floored with just how unstable and generally unusable the latest Premiere Pro release is. It's by far the worst thing to come out of the company for decades. It's crashes CONSTANTLY and is an abysmal piece of software. How could anyone be allowed to ship this.  As much as I truly hate to learn a new product, I will be forced to dive deeper into Resolve.
