Sounds like you want to find an Adobe Authorized Training Partner. For one-on-one traning, you'll want to look for Adobe Authorized Training Centers that offer web-based customized training.

Accelerate Computer Training shows as being Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, but they also offer Premiere Pro and After Effects.

For one-on-one traning via Zoom, it's very helpful to have a system with two displays. That way you can have the Zoom meeting on one display while having Premiere Pro open on the other.
