Could u guys freakin fix the PROFANITY REMOVED motion Scale and Position Bug on this program? I was trying to show something to my client and i COULDNT  because YOU GUYS doesnt freaking fix A BASIC PROBLEM in the program. Thank You!

"We guys" have no more capability to "fix" the app than you do. We're NOT staffers. This forum is user to user peer help ... and a lot of us have a ton of experience troubleshooting PrPro issues. I think often we're better than their base "help" people.

 

I do position and scaling stuff daily, as do many others. I'm having no troubles. Nor are there tons of other posts about troubles with position scaling issues.

 

So ... give us some information as to your system, the media, and what you're trying to do. What tools are you using for position/scaling ... what do you expect them to do ... and what do they do instead.

 

With that information, we can probably get you going again.

Andre, sorry you're having trouble. It is truly horrible when showing someone something on computer and it doesn't work. It's hard for anyone to watch something on computer someone else is controlling and patience is usually short and they get irritated too.

This is a user to user forum and has absolutely ZERO to do with programming the softwares, marketing, or anything whatever to do with Adobe 'corporate'. Even if you see adobe employee label here they are only employees of the WEBSITE.... and have no influence on programming.

It's unfortunate this forum is relied on so much for fixing problems but think of all the money adobe saves by having all the free help from users like me.

 

There are people here who've been around a long time and are very helpful when they get the info they need ( source material, machine specs, version of program and all that junk... which is usually hard to get from the user ). But amazingly a lot of things do get solved.

I didn't used profanity, the lack of respect is coming from Adobe itslelf when a problem is reported several times and u guys dont FIX IT.
