I would be the richest man in the world. Need to save you work? Dont have access to folder. Need to make a new folder to save project in magically works now. Need to render? Render failed. Need to do anything at all? that'll be $50 a month for a crash simulator. Nascar doesnt have as many crashes as premiere or media encoder. You guys welded these programs together with duct-tape and ask for premium prices. Im fed up year after year saying the same things. NO you cant have my PC specs its FAR superior to ANY of your stupid pc minimums that youll passivley say is the problem. Adobe you guys

Saludos cordiales

Hi, Jordon:

It's entirely possible to have a stable workstation with Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign all running as expected, but it can take some effort to get there.  I'm sorry to hear that that has not been your experience.

Since you prefer not to share your computer specs, why not compare yours to mine:

  • Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz   2.59 GHz
  • Windows 11 Home Version 21H2
  • Photoshop 24.3, Illustrator 27.4, InDesign 18.2.1, Premiere Pro 23.2, After Effects 23.3, Audition 23.3, and Media Encoder 23.2.1
  • Photoshop 23.5.5, Illustrator 26.5.3, InDesign 17.4.1, Premiere Pro 22.6.4, After Effects 22.6.4, Audition 22.6, and Media Encoder 22.6.4 are also installed

For system configurations known to work well by a specific Adobe application, I recommend comparing your system to what Puget Systems suggests for Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Photoshop.  However, I wish they provided something spec'd out for Premiere Pro based its Smart Rendering workflows (namely ProRes) rather than just H264/HEVC (which, frankly, I would avoid as those are not editing formats) and RAW.

As far a disk access goes, yes, that's really important.
