Lacie 5Big network problem

Windows 10 64bit up to date

I' m getting kind of desparate on this and am rolling the dice that a video developer somewhere has experience with this drive .

I have an older Lacie 5Big network drive, the one that has the ethernet port among others. I bought it used three years ago, we hooked it up and it has been running great. It has worked fine and all of a sudden, it has disappeared from the network. It does not show on the Lacie Desktop app either. And of course, I have a lot of backups on it.

The blue light in front is lit and the blue lights on the drives are lit.

My network credentials are pitiful, but my son-in-law is a network IT guy and it has him stumped.

Does anyone have any ideas?
