"Make the Cut" video uploading after contest

Hi all, I wonder if there are others in this situation. I've uploaded my Make the Cut entry video to Youtube and Vimeo as they're the two platforms I use to showcase my work, and the official rules stated that we are allowed to upload our entry video for personal portfolio use after the contest period.

A couple of days ago I received a takedown notification and had my entry video taken down on Vimeo. I'd like to confirm that I haven't misunderstood the official rules, and was allowed to upload my video to these platforms before I email IFPI to get the claim withdrawn.

I've emailed the Make the Cut support team, but I'm not sure if this email address is still active since the contest period has ended and winners have been announced.
