Motion key frame presets not working

I mad a simple animation that just drops the scale from 100 - 0 with some adjustments to the keyframe graph. I made the transform effect with the motion keyframes into a preset with it set to anchor to the out point so it will always be at the end off the clip. The problem is when I apply the prest the key frames just kinda go wherever in the middle insted of anchoring to the out point. Extreamly frustration when trying to add this on to hundred of graphics for those mind numbing alex hormozi style social media videos. I appreciate any help!

      When applying an Animation Preset (assuming this is After Effects), the keyframes for the preset are placed at the Current Time Indicator.

      Before applying your Animation Preset, go to the time that allows for the keyframes to play to the end of the Layer.  For example, if the Scale keyframes are one second apart and the Layer Out is at 0:00:04:29 then apply your Animation Preset at 0:00:03:29 or 0:00:04:00.
