New version of Premiere Pro is insanely slow/worthless

You guys seriously have to fix this.  I couldn't even work on my project today.  I know you guys are going to want to know my system settings, and they're the same as they were in the previous versions when everything worked fine.  I cleaned out the cache tho there wasn't much there. 

It's a freaking bug that Adobe needs to fix.  Please fix it quickly or I just need to finally switch over to Final Cut Pro.
