We are in 2019 and It's a shame that we still don't have a Feature called "Background Rendering"
we need to get an additional Media Encoder to be able to do that which is a House of Bugs and almost as big as the Premiere itself.

I'm puzzled at your comment. I've run MediaEncoder for years for several things. To "queue" exports so I can continue to work in Premiere. To batch process exports, proxies, or transcodes overnight so it is ready the next day. For ingesting media via watchfolders to rename and transcode.

I've never had issues with it. And you may not realize, MediaEncoder is essentially the rendering engine for Premiere to begin with.

So ... you already have background rendering available in Me. It's heavily used daily in professonal workflows. I am completely puzzled what the problem is? I'd love to hear what troubles you've had.
