Hi, i have a startup and we need a tool that can help us edit videos in real time, I cant find any tools or APIs that can help my developers do so with adobe, do any one know how i can do this, for example:
i get 3 videos i want to merge them with transition effects, i can do this on priemere but how to do it in real time with code as a developer,

What you are referring to is video switching, not real-time video editing. It can be done with live video or with streaming video and there are both hardware and software solutions.

You mean you want to make a live performance with combining videos chosen/switched in real time in response to events? Perhaps with a live camera feed and streaming the result to the web? Adobe has no tools for this market. A popular and powerful tool for this is OBS Studio. It works well.

OBS is used to display the videos what i meant is i need to edit the video before i display it, to edit it using algorithm, like lets say i want to add a slow motion effect to a video using one of adobe tools.

Check out VJ software, which may provide the live interaction you are looking for. It used to be a side interest of mine, but I've lost touch lately.
