Rendering on site. Question

So, I record school board meetings on my C100 or FS7 (if i want to overkill it )

A client is asking fro broadcast quality DVD copies immediately after the meeting.

Normally... I go home, render on my beast of a machine and then upload the next day. Any suggestions or tips on how to pull this off?
