Software Expert Wanted: Knows more than Adobe Premiere

I need help from a software expert familiar with all or most of the following software: Adobe Premiere Elements & Premiere Pro, Audacity, SpectraPlus, Excel, and SPSS (I want to use Premiere Elements instead of Premiere Pro).

I want to do some audio analysis and I have attached the instructions that I want to learn and understand.
