Who have upload issues! #makethecut

I tried 2 different computers(Win-Mac), 2 different browsers(Safari-Chrome), 2 different files and it did not happen. I have tried 2 different files with file sizes 193mb and 160mb. Formats mp4. I waited 8 hours for each one. I threw about 10 e-mails to the support department. I bothered the live support of Premiere Pro 2 times. I tweeted to Adobe and Adobe Premiere Pro account from Twitter. I even tweeted Imagine Dragons' vocals. But it did not. Although I did all the things I said, I could not reach the video I was trying to get in two weeks. I've been working for 2 weeks because of the problem with the internet site! There is a website that gives no information about the installation. I sent the project to the support team. Mail address and I could send the video there. But the support team just said '' Refresh the page. '' As many people as I see in the forum have the same problem. Nobody who had this problem could have joined the competition. I think a company like Adobe should help us all in this regard!!
