Worst Customer Service
The support is the worst I've ever encountered. It's almost felt like they are intentionally irritate you.
Slow and delayed response without answering your questions.
Keep asking/selling for irrelvant products while I'm seeking help about my current product (first time encountering this non sense)
Not able to answer my questions and in the end...
END THE CONVERSATION just right away after throwing some random response, without confirming with customer whether the problem is resolved.
