I hope you are doing well. I'm sorry for your experience viewing PDF files and for the delayed response.

Do you still experience the issue? When you refer to viewing the file in the browser, is it through the Acrobat Web Extension?

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see and a sample file for us to test in-house? 

Also, this would help us understand if this is an issue of rendering with Acrobat Web's engine or something to do with the way your web browser handles PDF files.
