將檔案整頁複製，貼到其他文件中(小畫家、word、修圖軟體)，圖檔會自動變成正方形，且上下壓縮 圖片都會黏在一起，請問該如何解決?

Please explain the workflow shared above. From which document you are copying the text and where exactly pasting it? Which Adobe application is being used in the process?
