Is the document you are working with open within the desktop application Adobe Acrobat or Reader?

Please confirm the following:

1- Is the document you are working is it a secured one?

2- Can you please check with another file?

3- If it is the Fill & sign tool that's causing trouble, then you must try removing the application once using the cleaner tool
