2 macbooks, same Reader version - share options not visible, no shared files files on home screen

One Adobe reader has share options and shared files on home screen, the other doesn't (see screenshots).

1. M1, 2020, Big Sur 11.0.1, Adobe Version 2021.001.20135 (has share options and home screen shared files)

2. Air 13-inch, 2017, Big Sur 11.2.1, Adobe Version 2021.001.20135 (doesn't have share options)

I know its different language but you get the picture.

Any clues? Am I doing something wrong?

Both are clean install.
