2025.001.21151 Continuous release: How to add a tab with the same document?

In Adobat Acrobat DC I would like, as in previous versions, to be able to open a document at its table of contents and add the same document in a tab opened to the page I choose.

Here’s how I used to do it: Menu > Window > New Window, then I dragged the new window to the taskbar and a new tab would appear there. Now it no longer works — how can I get the same result?
