Thank you for your patience.

 

Adobe released an update to Adobe Acrobat Reader that addresses the crash.

Please ensure that you update the application to the latest version. In the application, go to Help > Check for updates.

2.OS you are facing the issue on

3.Version of OS you are facing the issue on.

@Karol5C77  Can you please share the Dump with us when Acrobat Freezes.

Yes, problem was founded after last update.
Info and example of file were sent to absethi@adobe.com

I have the same problem with the electronic signature, Adobe freezes when i try to sign. 

 

Error during verification. While decoding BER, an error occurred
