2nd document will not open

This seems to be an issue after the Dec update. Was working fine up until a short while ago.

* Win 11 23H2

* Uninstalled, reinstalled Adobe Reader

* Turned off enhanced security, protected view, etc

* Turned off open documents in tabs in the same window

No matter what, if Reader is open and I double click a 2nd document, nothing happens no matter the settings on/off as above.

However, if I DRAG a document into the open window, it opens in a tab normally. Super annoying but at least I can use this as a clumsy workaround.

Can you please share us logs of the same for further investigation. Share the log ID which is generated at the end. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html
