3D Data Analysis Error

Question

Hola,
En mi trabajo realizamos archivos PDF 3D a partir de Solidworks; sin embargo al tratar de abrirlos con Adobe Acrobat Pro, me aparece un mensaje de error "Error de análisis de datos en 3D". Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme a solucionar este error, ya que no he encontrado en internet alguna solución. La version que tengo instalada es 2024.002.20991 de 64 bits

Please refer to the information on the 3D data in PDF in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3TThNe8. Check if that helps.

I also suggest updating the application to the latest version. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates. For more information on the latest updates, refer to https://adobe.ly/4eOIOat. See if that changes the behavior.
