3d hardware acceleration not available on windows 10 64 bit

With Abobe Reader DC 32 bits on windows 10 64 bits, directx acceleration is available in the 3d preferences of a 3d annotation.

On the same machine but with Adobe Reader DC 64 bits, only software mode is available.

When news about this problem?

If we install 32 bit no problem but you force upgrade to 64bit and we have problem with rendering of 3d models

Please can you fix?

its been more than half a year with this issue in place.

32-bit version has DirectX acceleration option under 3D tab, 64-bit version does not.

Please resolve
