3D pdf shows poor quality after nvidia driver update

Hi all

In my organisation we have 10 similar CAD computers. Starting a few weeks ago the computers started showing 3d PDF in very poor quality when using adobe reader.

If the computers use acrobat pro to view the same 3d pdf - it looks normal with great quality. sadly not all computers have acrobat pro.

I have pinpointed it to maybe being with the nvidia driver. nvidia updated their grafics driver to 388.13 a few weeks ago and after that the problem ocoured. If i delete the newest nvidia driver and run an older version, the 3d pdf shows normal in adobe reader. As soon as i upgrade nvidia driver again. the problem starts once again.

I have uninstalled adobe reader and reinstalled many times no luck.

Anyone have any ideas? maybe its a setting within adobe reader?

Adobe reader -> settings -> 3D -> activate 3d content is set to on (its selected)
